Dr. Vijaykumar is a distinguished medical professional with a robust portfolio in clinical research and academia. With over 20 years of dedicated experience, Dr. Vijaykumar is not only a NABH Assessor for the Clinical Research Accreditation Program but also a pioneering force behind significant advancements in medical education and research in India.

Since 2006, Dr. Vijaykumar has spearheaded initiatives that have transformed clinical research practices in India, building upon his foundational work at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, where he established the Medical Research Department and launched a groundbreaking Post Graduation course in Clinical Research. His leadership in supervising over 100 international drug trials and contributing to 35 high-impact publications underscores his commitment to elevating the standards of medical research.

He is currently serving as Medical Superintendent (Centres of Excellence), Head-Clinical Research & Academics at Bhaktivedanta Hospital and Research Institute.

Dr. Vijaykumar’s extensive audit experience, having assessed 40 hospitals across various states, and his role as a member secretary of ethics committees, highlight his dedication to ethical standards in clinical trials. His contributions have not gone unnoticed, as he has represented his research at international conferences in Malaysia,Italy, Hongkong, Singapore, Dubai Swizerland,Austria and Thailand and received invitations to present work at the Ministry of Science and Technology in New Delhi.
