Her expertise in this field is complemented by her 13 years of medical practice as a Homeopathic physician, providing her with a strong foundation in patient care, medical ethics, and evidence-based research.

Dr. Gandhi’s journey into clinical research began in 2013 as a Study Coordinator at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, where her manager quickly recognized her strengths in study feasibility and regulatory affairs. Her passion for research and compliance led her to pursue postgraduate studies in Clinical Research at Bombay College of Pharmacy.

 

During her three-year tenure at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, she successfully managed site feasibility for over 250 studies, significantly enhancing the hospital’s turnover by more than INR 10 million annually through strategic communication with sponsors, the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC), and hospital management.

Currently, Dr. Gandhi serves as a Senior Regulatory Coordinator in the Cardiology Research Unit at Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA.
