With a wealth of experience, Dr. Pandit has dedicated his career to the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and control of occupational illnesses. He possesses the unique ability to conduct thorough audits of occupational health aspects within various industries, providing essential legal support to mitigate industry-related health issues.

In 2005, Dr. Pandit served as a Program Officer in the Health Department, contributing significantly to public health initiatives for two years. His commitment to research and innovation was further solidified during his tenure as Deputy Director of the Research Cell at Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University in Vadodara, Gujarat, a position he held for eight years after being notified by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
