She is dedicated to advance clinical research through effective training, compliance, and the operation of ethics committees. Her expertise in GXP compliance enables her to provide specialized consulting and advisory services that enhance research integrity and uphold ethical standards.
Ms. Deshpande is the Chairperson of the Ethics Committees at Ruby Hall Clinic, Sancheti Hospital, and Joshi Hospital. She is also a Clinical Research Consultant specializing in GxP compliance, which encompasses Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
As the Chairperson of Ethics Committees at Sancheti Hospital, Ruby Hall Clinic, and Joshi Hospital in Pune, Ms. Deshpande has played a pivotal role in establishing these committees. This includes writing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), guiding registration processes, and training committee members. She also serves as an Independent Monitor and Auditor for clinical trial sites and Ethics Committees.
